Refund policy

Due to the nature of the print-on-demand manufacturing process, we do not accept returns for physical products. If you received damaged, defective, or incorrectly packaged items, we are happy to provide a replacement copy.

To be eligible for a replacement, You must notify us within 30 days of your order's shipment date. To start a replacement, you can contact us at info@giftloveletters.com. Be sure to include your order number and email address used to place the order. Providing digital images with your replacement request will speed up the resolution time.

Digital Image Guidelines

Clear photos depicting the reported problem are necessary for a speedy resolution of your support case. To provide the best digital images follow these guidelines:

  • If possible, use a digital camera to capture the images instead of a scanner. The light and patterns in a scanned image can obstruct or distort the content being scanned.
  • Ensure the book or shipping package is well lit when taking photos.
  • The image must be clear and large enough to show the problem. It is a good idea to review an image before uploading it. If you cannot clearly see the problem in the image, we probably can't either.
  • If more than one item is affected, please provide a group shot of the items showing the defect.

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with a new order ID # and estimated shipping time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
