Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Production times are 3-5 business days after your order has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping information as we do not take responsibility for incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a refund for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge or re-ship your order if you chose to pay the shipping fee.
Lost Orders or Tracking Issues
- An order is considered lost if tracking never confirms package status as "delivered"

If tracking shows no movement or looks to be stuck after exceeding the appropriate amount of days, then orders may be considered lost and a claim will need to be made.
- Domestic orders - 5 days
- International orders - 20 days
Claims for orders lost-in-transit must be filed no later than 30 days from the last available tracking update.
Taxes and Duties
International customers (outside of the United States) may be charged customs and duties by your local customs authority. The customs tax depends on the country that the order is being shipped to. You will be responsible to pay these fees if they are billed to you so please check your country’s custom office to see if there are any additional costs prior to completing your purchase.
